I provide remote psychological testing and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. This is designed provide information, including formal diagnosis, to assist in future treatment or services. I have conducted thousands of psychological tests over 100s of patients to assist in diagnostic clarity in school settings.

Also, although I cannot disclose the patients tested, I am forensically trained along with a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology, preforming diagnostic testing on numerous, high-profile cases involving national terrorism and mental illness being suspected given my background.

Assessments can include:

  • learning
  • attention
  • personality
  • mood
  • executive functioning
  • many others

At the conclusion of the testing process you will receive a written report, and I will meet with you to discuss the results and review recommendations.

The amount of time required for testing varies by each case, depending on the extent interviews, testing, and collateral information. of the testing and the number of measures that are required. The assessment is generally scheduled over two or more days. Once all of the information is gathered, I will score the testing, interpret the findings, and write a comprehensive report. You will receive a copy of the report and we will meet together to review the findings and discuss recommendations.

Individuals interested in psychological assessment should send an inquiry to nealkimble@gmail.com or book a consultation directly at https://secure.helloalma.com/providers/neal-kimble/

Please include your name, state location, and a brief summary about why you are seeking an assessment. If you are making an inquiry on behalf of your child, please also include the child’s age. Assessment services are provided to in-and-out of network patients. “Out-of-network” means I do not have a contract with your insurance company. For example, I am credentials with Aetna, but you are insured through Blue Cross Blue Shield which I am not credentialed.

For out-of-network, your health plan benefits may include out-of-network reimbursement for a portion of your session costs. You can reach out to the phone number on the back of your insurance card to find out your coverage or what you may need to submit. Generally, your insurance company will require a superbill, which will be provided to you at the conclusion of the assessment. You can submit this documentation directly to your health plan for processing.

As you submit for reimbursement, if you have any questions related to your specific plan, please call the phone number listed on the back of your insurance card for further assistance. It is recommended you check with your insurance provider beforehand to determine what services are covered.

For Forensic assessments, these are not covered by insurance and are a fee-for-service. Assessments may include competency, insanity, aggravating/mitigation, diminished capacity, or diagnostic clarity. Please reach out for fees related to testing and expert testimony, as applicable.
